Overview
Zverse is a fully white-labeled omnichannel communication platform we built for Zong, adapted from our core BerryTalks 2.0 solution. It enables Zong to offer advanced business communication capabilities under its own brand, consolidating multiple channels into one environment for enterprise customers to manage conversations, campaigns, and interactions.
Problem
As businesses increasingly adopt multiple digital channels, managing customer interactions across separate platforms creates operational complexity and reduces visibility. Zong needed an enterprise-ready, fully branded platform that could scale across multiple business customers while retaining full ownership of the customer journey.
Solution
We transformed our BerryTalks 2.0 omnichannel platform into Zverse, a comprehensive white-label solution tailored for Zong's branding, commercial model, and workflows. From the user portal to admin controls, the entire experience is presented as a dedicated Zong product.
Process
Building Zverse meant adapting BerryTalks' proven architecture to run natively within Zong's ecosystem. We customized branding and business logic, developed a centralized omnichannel environment, and enabled WhatsApp Business messaging, campaign management, and unified conversation handling.
Furthermore, we also added multi-user collaboration with role-based access, customer and contact management tools, and campaign reporting, designing an architecture that scales across multiple enterprise customers.
Result
Zverse strengthened Zong's enterprise service portfolio by providing a fully branded omnichannel platform without the time and investment required to build it internally. It expanded Zong's digital services beyond telecom, delivered centralized enterprise communications, simplified onboarding and collaboration, and accelerated time-to-market with proven BerryTalks 2.0 technology.
