Telenor Engage is a fully white-labeled omnichannel communication platform we built for Telenor, powered by the same core technology as BerryTalks 2.0. It provides Telenor with a centralized solution that enables enterprise customers to manage digital communications, customer service, and engagement under Telenor's own brand.
Problem
As customer communication fragments across digital channels, businesses struggle to manage conversations, campaigns, teams, and data across disconnected systems. Telenor needed a unified, fully branded enterprise platform, scalable across accounts, that provides full control over onboarding and customer relationships.
Solution
We customized BerryTalks 2.0 into Telenor Engage, a unified omnichannel platform featuring WhatsApp Business messaging, broadcast campaigns, and conversation management. Plus, multi-agent collaboration, role-based access, and administrative controls ensure a simple, branded experience for customers.
