Challenge & Solution
Tapal aimed to boost customer engagement and participation across its campaigns but needed a platform that could make interaction easier while reaching a large audience. Traditional channels lacked quickness and interactivity.
Convex Interactive tackled this by launching WhatsApp-based chatbot campaigns that let users access campaign details, participate instantly, and get real-time updates.
