Ltd., the Pakistani subsidiary of Japan's Suzuki Motor Corporation, to comprehensively redesign and rebuild its official website into a modern, high-performance digital platform built on Node.js and Next.js, delivering a faster, more scalable, and future-ready customer experience aligned with evolving user expectations.
Problem
Pak Suzuki's existing website badly needed a UI/UX upgrade, as overly complex user journeys, especially in the used-cars section, hurt usability and engagement. The backend lacked flexibility for content and campaign management, while performance, scalability, and responsiveness fell short of customer expectations across all devices.
Solution
We delivered a complete UI/UX overhaul featuring a mobile-first, responsive interface, rebuilt on Node.js and Next.js for speed and scalability. Then, we added a streamlined used-car ecosystem, secure user accounts, a careers module, and an AI-powered chatbot for real-time support.
Process
The process is powered by a holistic solution that began with a full UI/UX redesign, introducing a clean interface with improved navigation and a mobile-first, responsive layout. We then rebuilt the platform on Node.js and Next.js to deliver a fast, SEO-friendly, scalable architecture.
Further, we also added a used-car dashboard, secure user accounts, a careers module, a promotions section, and an AI chatbot, all delivered through agile sprints with multiple UAT cycles for a smooth launch.
