Overview
Convex created the SSGC Customer Connect app to make gas bill management easier for users. With just a few taps, customers can view their billing details, track usage, and control their gas connections. The app’s modern interface and easy-to-use design help users stay informed and manage their gas needs effortlessly.
Challenge & Solution
SSGC needed a solution to simplify customer interactions and deliver real-time insights into gas usage. The challenge was creating a user-friendly experience while providing extensive features. Convex responded by redesigning the app with a new interface, interactive homepage cards, and straightforward navigation. Users can now pay bills, monitor usage, report issues, find CNG stations, and submit complaints, all from one platform. This approach made managing gas connections faster, more efficient, and much more accessible.
Our Process
We began by analyzing the existing app and collecting user feedback to pinpoint pain points. Our team redesigned the interface for a clean, modern appearance, focusing on usability and accessibility. Interactive cards were added for quick access to key information.
We incorporated real-time data features, payment gateways, and reporting tools to empower users. Thorough testing ensured smooth performance across devices, while iterative enhancements improved user experience, making every interaction simple and dependable.
