Managing two distinct appliance brands under one company meant that Kenwood and Homage each needed their own website, social presence, and customer support, without duplicating effort or resources. Their outdated websites, inconsistent digital content, and a manually operated call center made it difficult to serve both brands efficiently at scale.

We developed dedicated websites for each of their major brands, Kenwood and Homage; ran targeted digital and social media campaigns tailored to each brand's distinct audience; and set up streamlined call center operations to efficiently handle customer inquiries across both product lines.

We began by redesigning and developing separate Shopify websites for Kenwood and Homage, tailored to each brand's product range, positioning, and target audience. We then built individual social media content calendars and targeted digital marketing campaigns that reflected each brand's distinct identity and tone.

Call center workflows were streamlined to support both brands, and performance across all channels was monitored and continuously optimized throughout the partnership.
