Problem
Pakistan Advertisers Society (PAS) needed to manage the full attendee lifecycle for a high-profile industry event, covering registration, payment, seat selection, and confirmation for both individual and corporate participants, including members and non-members, without overloading organizers with manual coordination.
Solution
A WhatsApp chatbot powered by our WhatsApp Business API platform guides users through registration and digital forms, supports segmented flows for different participant types, and integrates automated ticketing, invoicing, and payment verification to deliver a fully self-service experience.
Process
We designed a structured, automated WhatsApp communication platform featuring a smart chatbot that guides users step by step through registration and data collection. We introduced user segmentation to distinguish individual and corporate participants, as well as members and non-members, and integrated digital forms directly into WhatsApp.
