Overview

Convex Interactive manages the entire SEO strategy for NCCPL, Pakistan's only Central Counterparty, which provides Clearing, Settlement, and Risk Management services to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Our scope of work included improving the website's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs) to increase organic, unpaid traffic across Pakistan, with monthly reporting to track progress and keep the strategy aligned with performance goals.

Challenge & Solution

NCCPL needed to boost its organic online presence in a highly competitive technical niche, the capital market and financial services sector in Pakistan.

The first major challenge we faced was a spam attack that had indexed thousands of Chinese-language pages on Google, severely damaging the website's credibility and organic rankings. To resolve this, we identified and deindexed those spammy pages, gradually restoring the website's visibility on its core financial services pages.

Moreover, NCCPL recently underwent a complete website revamp, which brought its own set of challenges. Thus, we conducted a thorough pre- and post-migration SEO audit to ensure that no existing SEO value was lost during the transition.

Lastly, to drive overall organic growth, we implemented customized SEO practices aligned with algorithm guidelines and conducted thorough keyword research and competitor analysis across all key service pages to help NCCPL rank higher on Google Search.

Our Process

To achieve the desired results for NCCPL, we developed a tailored strategy and roadmap to transform complex, long-term search engine optimization into a structured, manageable plan aligned with business goals.

Based on this research, key service pages were individually optimized using On-Page SEO, including meta titles and descriptions, redirects, tracking setups, and internal linking, to improve their visibility in Google Search.

On the Technical SEO side, we continuously monitored the website to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and overall site health, ensuring it remained technically sound.

Similarly, for Off-Page SEO, we executed link-building strategies to boost the domain authority and strengthen NCCPL's organic presence.

While all of that was happening, weekly progress monitoring helped us stay on top of ranking changes and make timely adjustments to ensure consistent organic growth.
