Problem

OTT audiences abandon applications within seconds if browsing feels slow or cluttered. mjunoon.tv's large catalog of channels, movies, series, and categories needed to display clearly on phones, laptops, and TVs alike, without sacrificing the premium, consistent feel expected of a modern streaming service.

Solution

An interface with a stronger visual hierarchy, simpler navigation paths, and smarter content surfacing. Curated rows and personalized recommendations were woven into the browsing experience, cutting search time and letting viewers land on something worth watching almost instantly.

Process

We treated this as a full product overhaul, starting with how real viewers browse, watch, and return. That meant mapping the discovery-to-playback journey, rebuilding the UI component library for consistency, and adapting layouts to work across mobile, desktop, and large-screen formats.

Additionally, we designed new templates for channels and title listings, refined on-screen interactions for smoother browsing, and conducted extensive QA to confirm the experience held up across devices and connection speeds.
