Overview
Convex Interactive aligned with Capri, one of Pakistan's long-standing personal care brands, to build its complete online presence, including a corporate website, a Shopify store, a WhatsApp Business API bot, and engaging social media and paid campaigns, strengthening brand identity, customer communication, and direct-to-consumer sales nationwide.
Problem
Capri had no digital presence and needed a brand website plus an e-commerce channel built entirely from scratch. Their social media lacked fresh, trend-driven content, customer communication was slow and indirect, and the brand needed stronger paid marketing campaigns and a direct channel to engage and convert its everyday audience.
Solution
We built a corporate website and a customized Shopify store, launched a menu-driven WhatsApp Business API bot for instant engagement, and rolled out social media content, reels, and campaigns such as Own Your Natural Glow, supported by paid promotions and commercials.
Process
We began by defining Capri's digital identity and building a website and Shopify store with integrated navigation, responsive design, and SEO. We then developed a WhatsApp Business API bot for instant customer support and lead generation.
On social media, we created a content calendar of reels and trend-driven posts, launched the Own Your Natural Glow, Capri Khareedo, and Gold Jeeto campaigns, produced AIDVC commercials, and extended reach through paid media and a television feature.
Result
As a result, Capri established a unified digital presence across its website, Shopify store, and WhatsApp bot, enabling direct sales and faster customer responses. Social and paid campaigns boosted engagement and visibility nationwide, with Own Your Natural Glow reinforcing its skincare positioning and Capri Khareedo and Gold Jeeto gaining additional momentum from their television spotlight.
