Bank Alfalah’s current website faced several issues, including an outdated design, disconnected user paths, and limited capacity to handle increasing digital traffic. Furthermore, the lack of a secure and adaptable CMS made updating content inefficient, while strict banking compliance rules added extra complexity.

Convex Interactive addressed these challenges by rebuilding the platform from the ground up, emphasizing user-friendly navigation, improved performance, and enterprise-grade security. A custom CMS with role-based access and secure workflows was implemented, allowing internal teams to manage content efficiently while meeting industry standards.

Our Process

We began with a complete UX and UI redesign, developing a clean, modern interface focused on usability and mobile responsiveness. The platform was then built using a scalable Django framework to ensure flexibility and long-term growth.
