Overview
Convex Interactive partnered with JS Zindagi to launch a customized gaming platform within their mobile app, making it a more engaging digital experience. The project aimed to boost user interaction and retention by adding interactive, reward-based gameplay that matches user behavior and improves overall app engagement.
Challenge & Solution
JS Zindagi experienced low user engagement outside of its core financial services, which limited overall app interaction and retention. The challenge was to create a distinctive experience without disrupting the existing app ecosystem.
Convex Interactive addressed this by creating a fully integrated gaming platform that fits seamlessly into the app’s interface. The solution emphasized short, interactive games supported by a reward-based engagement model. Built for scalability, the platform delivered smooth performance even with many simultaneous users, while staying consistent with the brand’s user experience and behavioral patterns.
Our Process
We started by analyzing user behavior to create a gamification strategy that feels natural within the app. Then, the platform was built using a custom gaming engine and a scalable backend architecture.
Through API-based integration, we ensured smooth embedding into the existing app with consistent UI/UX. Performance was optimized to enable fast load times and stable functionality, even during high user activity, providing a seamless and engaging experience.
