We designed and developed a streaming app centered on easy discovery and uninterrupted viewing, giving users access to 40+ live channels and a mobile-optimized content experience.
Problem
Live TV apps are judged in seconds; users want to open the app and start watching without delay, confusion, or complex navigation. The challenge was to present a large channel lineup clearly on small screens, keep streaming controls simple, and add features that enhance the viewing experience rather than interrupt it.
Solution
A clean, high-contrast interface with channel-first browsing and instant switching. The app supports smooth playback with intuitive on-screen controls, rewind, record, and capture moments, and easy navigation for missed shows, creating a complete mobile entertainment experience for everyday viewers.

We approached Zong TV as a product experience, emphasizing key viewing behaviors and developing screens that simplify the user journey from entry to playback.
This involved mapping the journey from browsing to playback, switching, controlling, and returning; aligning the UI with Zong's brand; organizing channels and categories for easy discovery; designing a playback UX to minimize interruptions; adding recording and rewinding features; and QA testing across devices for top performance and seamless operation.
