The consumer gives a Missed call on a number provided on the pack and receives a call back from the same number. After receiving the call, the consumer listens to the IVR and enters a 5- digit code. After entering a 5-digit code, the consumer gets a pre-defined Validity or Invalidity SMS.
The campaign turned out to be a massive success as we received an enormous response from all over Pakistan, with entries being in millions.
Initially, the campaign was planned for two months; however, it was extended for 15 days more, considering the response rate.
