Overview
Convex Interactive created the Cadbury Kitchen platform to support Cadbury Dairy Milk’s initiative of empowering women entrepreneurs across Pakistan. The platform was designed to help home-based chefs showcase their work, expand their businesses, and connect with a broader audience through a simple, accessible, and engaging digital experience.
Challenge & Solution
Cadbury Dairy Milk needed a digital platform to support a diverse group of women entrepreneurs, many of whom had limited technical experience. The challenge was to develop a system that was both powerful and very easy to use. Convex Interactive achieved this by creating a clean, intuitive, and interactive platform that simplified navigation and user interaction.
The solution focused on accessibility, making it easy for users to explore, register, and engage without confusion. Simultaneously, the platform was designed to collect valuable user data, allowing Cadbury to gain insights and continually improve the initiative.
Our Process
We started by understanding the audience, which is home-based women entrepreneurs, and their level of digital familiarity. The platform was then designed with a simple, user-friendly interface to ensure ease of use.
We focused on clear navigation, simplified interactions, and a responsive design to create a smooth experience across devices. During development, we aimed to balance functionality and simplicity, ensuring the platform remained engaging while remaining easy for first-time or non-technical users to operate.
Result Driven
The platform successfully helped women entrepreneurs showcase their work and expand their digital presence. It also enabled Cadbury Dairy Milk to gather valuable data and insights, helping further refine the initiative.
